RECEPTION
The front desk and reception staff are at your disposal 24 hours a day.
The concierge staff provides services tailored to the needs and wishes of each customer.
We can help you book your tickets and tours, recommend interesting activities in the surrounding area or at our place, and inform
you about what’s happening in the city.
BREAKFAST
Our handmade and fresh breakfast is served daily 08:00-11:00 at Sebil coffee & cocktails, on the ground floor of the hotel. You will
find a variety of buffet products and you can also choose a hot plate of eggs, pancakes or vegan options that are prepared for you
at the time you order them.
On request:
ΤBreakfast can be served in the room 08:00-12:00, with an additional charge of €5.00.
It is possible to serve breakfast earlier or later than the specified time in special cases.
A breakfast box is provided which you can pre-order and have ready each morning or the morning of your departure to take with
you.
We are willing and able to organize in collaboration with a local restaurant-catering unit a special menu for lunch or dinner in the
room or at Sebil coffee & cocktails so you can enjoy your stay without having to travel.
We cover and serve nutritional needs and requirements with special products (such as gluten-free, children’s menus,
healthy diet) on request.
TRANSPORT
For a reliable and comfortable route to and from our hotel, we can plan your transport with the cooperating taxi companies.
PARKING
The hotel has a temporary, short-term stopover area for loading and unloading luggage. If you need parking for your entire stay,
ask the reception to help you choose one of the secure private parking lots of our partners in the surrounding area and take
advantage of the special discounted prices we have secured for you.
LUGGAGE STORAGE
If you arrive earlier or leave later we can store your bags for you while you are free to roam around Thessaloniki.
SLEEP
So that you are completely rested and ready to enjoy the city, we have equipped all our rooms with Coco-Mat sleeping systems,
while for an even more comfortable sleep you can choose the pillow that suits you from among 3 different types of pillows.
CLEANING SERVICES
We take care of your room every day, in the morning for its customary freshening, but also a second time shortly before you return
for your night's sleep. In case you need an additional change of towels, please contact the reception.
